IK Impact Protection Test
Need switches with higher protection levels? Planning to use them in relatively harsh work environments? If your product equipment needs to be placed in an environment with frequent collisions, the protective capability of the product casing must be considered. The IK code is the classification basis used in international standards to evaluate mechanical impact collision resistance. The higher the IK code number, the higher the protection level.
Complete Light Water and Dust Protection Test
IPxx water and dust protection testing ensures products can withstand humid and dusty environments. The KING TONY factory standard is IP5X (test sample is placed in dust, experiment continues for 8 hours).
USB Accessory Charging Cable Interface Torsion Test
USB charging accessories must not only pass current testing but also undergo torsion testing at the head and plug-in testing at the interface. This prevents issues like head breakage after a few insertions or poor contact, which could interfere with daily work light usage.
Must pass at least 3,000 torsion tests to be qualified as acceptable accessories
Switch Press Test
For every work light model, we focus on details. The switches use oil-resistant TPU material with excellent elasticity. Their design satisfies 40,000 press tests, providing end users with a perfect user experience.
Lithium Battery Aging Test
We insist on using new and high-quality lithium batteries that pass MSDS and UN38.3 standard tests. Aging tests every three months and pre-shipment cycle tests enhance the assurance of lifespan and working condition of KING TONY work light batteries.
Rotation Structure Test
Multi-angle Lighting Relies on Rotation Structure
Each work light adopts different rotation structures based on different usage requirements and scenarios. Regardless of the rotation structure, we conduct at least 3,000 fatigue rotation tests to ensure the rotation structure remains durable after thousands of uses.
High and Low Temperature Test
KING TONY work lights are distributed to over 130 countries and regions globally and must meet various usage scenarios across different regions and seasons. They undergo professional testing from high temperature 40°C to low temperature -10°C, ensuring product battery performance and lumen output remain unaffected under different temperature conditions.
1.2M Drum Drop Test
While typical work lights undergo battery pack 1.2M drop tests, the KING TONY laboratory conducts additional complete light drum tests. The 100 times rolling drop test ensures product quality even in extreme usage environments.
Quality Assurance Commitment
High-quality work lights cannot be ensured by a single test but require a series of strict testing processes. From IK impact protection, IP water and dust protection, USB interface durability, switch reliability, to battery performance, structural strength, and environmental adaptability, KING TONY has invested substantial resources in establishing comprehensive testing equipment and procedures. We have a professional quality control team and advanced laboratory facilities, and every work light leaving the factory must pass these strict testing standards. This is why professional users worldwide trust KING TONY work lights, as they know each product represents our commitment to quality. Whether in extreme temperatures, harsh weather, or high-intensity usage environments, KING TONY work lights consistently provide stable and reliable lighting service, becoming the most trustworthy partner for professional workers.
